Australian pop sensation Kylie Minogue took the streets of New York’s gay village to give the surprised party-goers in a local club a shock and some good old classics to shake the evening away to.

New York, a destination for the current gay man, was lucky enough to have experienced a few previews from the pint-sized princess’s new album Aphrodite.

The Red Blooded Woman performed her debut single All The Lovers and other songs from the album whilst an array of chizzled-bodied go-go dancers performing around her on stage.

The 41-year-old gay icon praised her gay fans for their support towards her career, the Daily Star reported she told the audience: "Thank you so much.

It means so much to me that you are here and the support you've given me for such a long time - I love you,"

The album Aphrodite is due to be released in July
