Michael Jackson’s close friend Elizabeth Taylor has hit out on Twitter at gay rumours about the King of Pop.

Jacko’s skin care doctor Arnie Klein has backed claims by Jason Pfeiffer, his practice manager, that he had a relationship with the singer.

Jackson’s family have already slammed Pfeiffer and Klein’s accusations, and now Dame Liz has waded into the row.

She wrote on her verified Twitter account this morning across four messages: “Dr.

Arnie Klein declared on May 2 that he did not betray Michael Jackson by saying publicly that he had a homosexual relationship / with someone in ‘Arnie's’ office. / Just what we want in our doctors. And then to say he did not betray Michael's confidence. No wonder he has death threats. / I thought doctors, like priests took an oath of confidentiality. May God have mercy on his soul.”
