As cult comedy hit South Park heads into its 200th episode we see our four friends from Colorado come face to face with Tom Cruise.

The Risky Business actor is dubbed as a "fudge packer" in the controversial cartoon created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

In the episode it refers back to the 2005 episode where Cruise is working in Frederick's Fudge Factory.

When meeting Cruise, one fourth of the young boys, Stan Marsh, takes the oppurtunity to call him a 'fudge-packer'

The term 'fudge-packer' is a derogatory term for a man acting out a homosexual act.



According to The Sun, after the incident, the actor gets offended and threatens to sue the entire town along with other celebrities that have been featured in the shows previous years. He threatens to sue the likes of Kanye West, Mel Gibson, Jennifer Lopez, Tiger Woods, Charlie Sheen, Angelina Jolie and Paris Hilton.
