John Travolta has won his legal case over allegations he used gay spas. Robert Randolph, author of 'You'll Never Spa In This Town Again' made claims earlier this year that Travolta has frequented gay bars.

However, Los Angeles Supreme Court Judge Malcolm Mackey dismissed the case as Travolta's attorney Marty Singer battled to clear the actor's name.

Randolph also claimed that Singer had written a letter in response to the author's book and in effect had harmed him, claims that were thrown out of court.

In a case which could be thought of as "my lady doth protest too much", Travolta's lawyer, Lynda Goldman stated: "Anyone else who thinks about suing Mr Travolta should expect a similar result."
