Britney Spears HQ has officially released the latest batch of UK dates for her Femme Fatale tour later this years.

The Femme Fatale herself has already begun touring in the US to rave reviews for her latest arena tour featuring Nicki Minaj and the first round of European dates have gone on sale this month with some nights already sold out.

Kicking of the tour in Sacremento, California, Rolling Stone magazine said about the much anticipated evening: "The night belonged to Britney: She managed to prove that she's still progressing as a showgirl. Not only that, she's doing it better than even diehard defenders would've predicted.

At 29, the pop star whose career seemed in danger of ending just a couple years ago has shown that she's back - hopefully this time to stay."

Notorious acid tongue blogger Perez Hilton had nothing but praise for the Princess of Pop as he attended both a preview show and later again on an actual night claiming she was “on fire”.

"Britney sings maybe 40% of the show, which is really awesome considering that at the last tour she lip-synched every single song, I feel like this time the shoe and her are on the same level. Britney seems to have gotten her spark back."

Talking about her up-and-coming trip to the UK and what her fans over in Blighty can expect, she said: "I can't wait to come back to the UK and perform for my fans there, it's been too long!"

"There are a lot of surprises in the show. You definitely get a show when you come to see this. It's probably one of the most impactful, entertaining shows I have ever done, so I am so excited. The costumes are so elaborate, different and shocking."

The dates are as follows:

October 27 - London, O2 Arena
October 28 - London, O2 Arena
October 30 - Birmingham, LG Arena
October 31 - London, Wembley Arena

November 3 - Newcastle, Metro Radio Arena
November 5 - Sheffield, Motorpoint Arena
November 6 - Manchester, MEN Arena

Tickets for the new dates are on sale from July 1 at Livenation.co.uk.
