Controversial superstar Lady Gaga has had her latest album ‘Born This Way’ banned in Lebanon after they felt the material was ‘offensive to Christianity’.

The pro-gay singer has been accused of producing music “on the grounds of bad taste” with action being taken to ban the whole album, following them previously banning Judas, her second single from the album.

Despite the negative reaction from some countries around the globe the hit maker has continued to break records in the UK and US as well as many other countries around the world.

Following the release of her second full studio album Gaga has managed to claim the top spot in the UK album charts since it went on sale two weeks ago.

It has currently sold over 1.1 million in the US and over 250,000 here in the UK.
