Lady Gaga has remembered her fashion designer friend Alexander McQueen by posting a photo of them together online, but is yet to say anything as she deals with the shock.
The gay icon, who was a close friend of McQueen’s, posted a photo of them both in an embrace on her Twitter page without comment. She had always been a fan of the designers work and featured his inspirational designs at award shows and in her music videos.
She featured his infamous lobster claw heels in the recent video for Bad Romance.

McQueen also used the same song to open his last Spring Summer 2010 showcase in Paris last October, which was acclaimed as his most ‘gobsmacking triumph to date.’
McQueen is said to have been a huge influence on some of Gaga’s show stopping outfits.
