Sarah Jessica Parker has given away her tickets to the Sex and the City 2 premier in a bid to raise money for equal LGBT rights.
The world famous Carrie Bradshaw actress has given her two tickets to the premier of her hit film to a lucky bidder for the price of $11,000 USD. According to Hollywood Life, they were given away under the LGBT cause at the Human Rights Campaign’s 9th annual gala at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York.
Other stars attended the event in a bid to raise money and awareness for human rights.

Ugly Betty star Michael Urie (who plays Mark) auctioned off a dinner date to a fellow bidder.
“Real Housewives of New York City” Jill Zarin and Tim Gunn from Project Runway offered a day of shopping and lunch. According to MTV Jill was introduced as “the LGBT community’s favorite housewife” and said to the audience ”I can’t stand the fact the LGBT Americans are still being treated like second class citizens,”
